House Rules – Villa Natali Podaca

We would like to inform you about the house rules so your stay in our home is pleasant. For any additional information, please contact the host.

Important information for guests

  1. The accommodation is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 09:00 on the day of departure. The departure day is not included in the total number of stay days. If the apartment is not vacated by 09:00, the service provider has the right to charge one additional day.
  2. If you decide to cancel your accommodation before the agreed date, you are obliged to pay the full reservation.
  3. Upon arrival, please immediately give the host your ID card or passport for tourist office registration. The full stay may be paid immediately in cash.
  4. Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings and valuables left in the apartment, and the owner is not responsible for their loss or damage.
  5. Guests are responsible for their behavior outside the apartment and, in case of an accident, bear the consequences themselves.
  6. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment. The owners are not obliged to clean, tidy up or take out rubbish during the guest’s stay. Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
  7. When leaving the apartment, please close the doors and windows, lower the blinds, turn off all lights and electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove, etc.) and turn off the water.
  8. Use the air conditioner only while you are in the apartment and with windows and doors closed.
  9. In exceptional circumstances and in the guest’s absence, the owner has the right to enter the apartment to prevent possible damage or danger. The guest will be informed at the next contact.
  10. It is forbidden to damage equipment or furniture, make disorder or disturb other guests, especially by making noise between 23:00 and 08:00.
  11. Only properly registered guests may use the apartment facilities. The host may, at the guest’s request, allow occasional visits at a certain time.
  12. Bringing weapons, explosives and highly flammable materials is not permitted.
  13. Using devices and equipment that are not part of the apartment is allowed only with the host’s consent.
  14. Pets are allowed only with the owner’s approval during the reservation. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets and must remove all waste left by pets inside or outside the property.
  15. Smoking is not allowed in rooms, but is allowed in the rest of the apartment. Please use ashtrays and do not throw cigarette butts around the apartment, yard or surroundings. Take all measures to prevent fire and protect your own safety.
  16. Guests have the right to use the part of the garden or yard intended for them.
  17. In case of loss or damage to installations, furniture, devices or apartment equipment, the guest must inform the host no later than 24 hours after arrival. If the loss or damage was caused by the guest, the guest must compensate the corresponding value. Guests must report any defect or damage upon arrival; otherwise they will be held responsible for the damage.
  18. It is forbidden to take inventory or items belonging to the host (towels, blankets, etc.) out of the apartment.
  19. You may share your comments, suggestions and compliments with the host.
  20. In accordance with consumer protection regulations, complaints about the quality of our services may be submitted in writing to Matko Zmijarević, A.K. Miošića 3, 21335 Podaca. We will respond within 15 days of receiving the complaint to the address you provide.
  21. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the host has the right to refuse further service. In that case, the guest is not entitled to a refund.
  22. By using the accommodation, the guest confirms that they are familiar with the house rules and accepts the obligations and conditions stated in them.
